Sync date of VPS TO BRAZILLIAN GMT -3 > Brasilia or São Paulo.

how do you fix the ping on the server? I already use a server in my country but the ping is still not full green instead of yellow 3 but the game runs smoothly without any problems just the ping isn't good to look at
